THE SECRET GARDEN TEA ROOM, WORSLEY·THURSDAY, 8 FEBRUARY 2018
We are a traditional licensed tea room/café based in the heart of Worsley Village immediately opposite the picturesque canal and long boats.
We serve a variety of traditional and speciality teas together with fresh locally roasted single origin artisan coffee. We specialise in Afternoon Tea (including a vegetarian & gluten free option) together with a full menu of classic creative “comfort” dishes alongside our traditional English Breakfast using locally sourced free range eggs, bacon and hand-made sausages.
All our cakes and scones are baked here in our kitchen and every day we cook extra “special” fresh soups and mains using seasonal produce – we also make our own pies every Thursday.
Our aim is simple: to prepare and serve you the best home-cooked food in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. This makes us happy…

Oscar Heron – Afternoon tea・Cheap eats・Japanese teas I travelled from London to visit a friend and discovered one of the best desserts ever! The owners are so lovely and take time to have s chat with you. I highly recommend popping in for an authentic pot of tea and learning about the local history – the actual building is several hundred years old and has a lot of history to it.
